The candidate will be a highly visionary and dynamic individual responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the Hospital. In this capacity, the COO carries the responsibility for integrating the strategic plan of the organization with the operations as well as providing management oversight for the development of high-quality, cost-effective and integrated clinical programs within the hospital.
The candidate should have experience in Facility management, Housekeeping, laundry Engineering expansion of hospital and diagnostics 
Local Kenyan Candidate preferred 
with experience in
. Strategic Planning: Financial Management, Develop and ensure a professional, client-centered, team-based, learning environment
In-charge of providing leadership in allied health and facilities management divisions Performance Management :Networking and Marketing:
A Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, or equivalent education in Business Administration or Finance; • 20 years of professional experience of which at least 5 years in senior management position in healthcare institution(s); • Experience working in hospitals with national and international accreditations for example JCIA, CCPC, SANAS, CAP etc.; • Exemplary leadership abilities to lead, coach and mentor individuals and develop high performing teams; 
Location: Nairobi
Tax free upto 1 cr tax free + accommodation + travel to India 1month paid leave to India or there home country
