• Centre for Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (CSDE): enables underprivileged youth to lead flourishing lives

At The/Nudge you will:

• understand small and marginal farmers' value chain and conceptualize or refine products/services and processes to increase farmers' income

• understand collectivization models, Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), and the FPO ecosystem context and performance to be able to contextualize the work of our partners and our hypothesis

• undertake action research and assess the impact for various existing and future products, services, and business models

• identify and build relationships with partners in private, social, and government sectors to develop solutions and facilitate their implementation

• work with our partners to assess and enhance the effectiveness of their approach and operations 

• understand the experience of our partners and others in the ecosystem to synthesize insights and learnings that we can share across the ecosystem

Apply if you have:

• 7-10 years of work experience in business/strategy roles with at least 4 years of experience in the private sector. You can be a  graduate/postgraduate in any stream

• strong analytical, problem-solving skills and experience in using data to obtain insights

• the ability to understand consumer behavior and can operate with a  customer-centric approach

• exceptional stakeholder management and relationship building skills

• a strong action bias and want to learn by experimenting

• comfort with working in a start-up environment

• a target-driven, ambitious, and a high-performance background

• excellent communication (written & oral) and presentation skills
