After registration on website , DEVJOIN provides following services to individual subscriber ( hereafter, named as “Recruiter” )

1. 1.Membership to post the jobs access content of website and apply on interested jobs
2. a. Basic Membership – Validity is for 14 days and No fee is charged. Recruiter can post 3 Jobs and avail all the features entitled for basic membership. After expiry of free period ( 14 days), recruiter profile will be maintained on website, but they cannot post more jobs. To post more jobs , recruiter need to take paid membership.
3. b. Paid Membership - Recruiter can avail the paid membership in following categories. Based on duration of membership , it can be of three types – Silver for 60 days (Rs. 1250 + GST), Gold for 180 days (Rs.2500 + GST), Platinum 365 days (Rs. 5000 + GST).

By taking membership , recruiter agrees that

1. 1. The job has not / will not be posted within 30 days on Paid websites (eg: Naukri...) or National Newspapers (eg: ToI Ascent, HT Careers ....).
2. 2. Recruitment is handled by the recruitment itself without involvement of any consultancy / recruitment agency / 3rd party.
3. 3. Please proceed to Instant Highlighted Job Posting service if any of the above 3 conditions are not met. All recruiters are expected to follow the norms set on their own.
4. 4. In exceptional circumstances, where a job is published but the recruiter wants to deactivate it immediately, DEVJOIN reserve the right to issue a job credit or substitute a job with another job at our sole discretion.
5. 5. The service is without warranty of any kind, explicit or implied.
6. 6. The website is aggregator of information hence will not be responsible for any information displayed on website. It is the responsibility of recruiter regarding all risks related to content displayed.
7. 7. This is not a trial membership and fee are paid for actual service of 60 days / 180 days / 365 days and payment are nonrefundable.
8. 8. The information received from website is for professional use only and not for circulation.

Postings other than job postings, namely Request for Proposals (RFPs), Expression of Interests (EOIs), Call for Quotations etc. are charged double the rates applicable to job postings. Such notices get circulated in our list of development organizations and recruitments firms.

Individuals

For paid services given to individuals (premium membership, resume review service), there is policy of NO REFUND. Payment once received will not be neither refunded in any case nor it will be adjusted against any service.

Recruiters

1. 1. DEVJOIN charges recruiters to publish jobs on its website. Full refund will be issued when an order is cancelled before the job is published on the website or where DEVJOIN does not approve the job for publishing on its website.
2. 2. However, once a job is published on its website, the service is considered consumed and the payment becomes non-refundable.
3. 3. In exceptional circumstances, where a job is published but the recruiter wants to deactivate it immediately, DEVJOIN reserve the right to issue a job credit or substitute a job with another job at our sole discretion.
