Job description: Design training module, IT enabled training learning materials and Prepare training tools as necessary with support of technical partners. Conduct training of trainers for relevant stakeholders. Prepare and implement a plan for training of project staff and government counterparts in coordination with project staff, district authorities and arrange training programs. Arrange workshops and field trips as appropriate. Work closely with the M&E Officer in identifying needs, weaknesses and training requirements and provide on the job training for project staff. Monitor and co-facilitate trainings and develop mechanisms for pre-post assessment and monitoring quality of trainings. Undertake project activities in coordination with the Program manager
Qualifications requirements:
Academic degree in social science, rural development/management, public health (MPH) or related discipline
Experience: At least 5 years of experience related to training, preferably in health and nutrition, includes conducting training needs assessments, providing training, (including ToT), curriculum development, etc.Experience in managing and providing training to partners and target beneficiaries. Willingness and ability to travel within the regions. Ability to prioritise a varied workload, manage time and meet deadlines
With good interpersonal and communication skills
Languages: Excellent written and spoken command of English and Oriya is preferred
CTC: 4.8 lakh per annum
