Call for Application: Dentist for Oral cancer screening

Profile Requirement: MDS/BDS/BAMS

Post-  28 nos.

Location - Various District of Bihar (travelling must ) ( Patna, Aara, Sapaul, Aurangabad, Bhagalpur, Gaya, Begusarai, Nalanda, Vaishali, Siwan, Samastipur, Muzaffarpur, Darbhanga & Madhubani)

Salary: Rs 30000- 35000 /Month

Desirable qualification : Min one year experience in similar profile (dentist)

Previous experience in cancer screening given preference.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Candidate must interested in training staff at district and block levels on the specifics of the project.
• Training and capability building of Doctors and Nurses : Candidate must interested in traveling to different block, district towards the successful conduct of the project.
• Ensure 100% support from district administration for smooth operations.

Collating program service quality performance feedback from beneficiaries, village panchayats etc.

• District operational and service process accountability, compliance and improvement
• Responsible for On time preparation and submission of field reports
• Regular field visits to conduct cancer screening at village level.
• Ensuring program efficiency/ serviceability, stake holder engagement, brand building, leading to better beneficiary satisfaction
• Follow up of high risk cases for screening and treatment plan.
• Candidate must ensure free camp preparation, logistics, camp site arrangements, and screening.
• Candidate would be reporting to cluster coordinator.
• Should ensure all activities on timeline.
