Job responsibilities

1. Work on end-to-end program management – Strategy design, implementation and program monitoring for projects related to WASH, Health, Education and Socio-economic Inclusion.

2. Monitoring

• Travel to field locations for monitoring of data collection

• Work on based data and analysis for program management and insights.

• Follow risk management and compliance procedures.

• Coordination with field team members for data quality checks

• Conduct prospect research to identify, cultivate and solicit new project implementation partners

• Invite and provide evidence-based feedback in a timely and constructive manner.

3. Capacity development

• Assist the other teams wherever necessary

• Identify technical/ M&E/ and other capacity needs within the organization; and enable support for capacity building. Guide and mentor the team in the organization.

4. Client interactions and Stakeholder Management

• Be a part of the client interactions both for ongoing assignments and during the presentation of bids/proposals.

• Report writing and documentation

• Manage external stakeholder conversations 

• Preparing customized proposals per the requirements 

5. Business Development

 In addition to supporting regular and ongoing business development processes, identify and leverage new/ emerging business opportunities in the M&E space.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• 3-6  years of experience of having worked in the development sector or public sector consulting 
• Experience in program implementation, operations and/or management
• Ability to structure projects/engagements for the team
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills along with strong communication
• Strong project management skills managing complex, multifaceted projects resulting in measurable successes.
• Ability to contribute beyond the defined scope of work
• Experience of working in consulting organizations is highly desirable
