The Pride of Punjab project was launched by the Honourable Chief Minister of Punjab with Yuwaah, Generation Unlimited, a subsidiary of UNICEF to invest in the young population of the state in an attempt to prepare them for the future. Through this initiative, the Government aims to up skill youth by providing them the opportunities to grow, level-up and achieve their goals. You will be employed with Reap Benefit, the lead implementer of the project. 

We are looking for an entrepreneurial person who is eager to learn through hands-on project management. In this position, you will play a key role in building outreach potential of the Pride of Punjab project working closely with Project Manager. Your role will be two fold - one, actively build collaborations across the ecosystem. Engage with end stakeholders - youth & adolescents - to achieve project goals. 

You must be willing to travel across Punjab to meet prospective partners to bring them on board, to share our message and purpose.

Roles and Responsibilities 
●    Actively build and work with existing outreach networks by identifying and establishing partnerships with 
○    Educational institutions - Schools and Higher Education
○    Youth clubs and movements
○    Relevant Government Bodies
○    Non-profit organizations which can help build outreach to youth and adolescents across Punjab.
●    Be able to contextualise program delivery and assist in conducting online sessions. 
●    Do field work to track progress made by youth & adolescents in the program. 
●    Engage in travel all over Punjab to ensure timely execution of the deliverables as and when communicated. 

Internal Communication 

● Work with teams to create and capture stories from the field. 
● Plan and execute events for building a vibrant culture for the stakeholders of the Project. 
● Manage and maintain a vibrant internal communication to ensure that different teams are updated on different activities.

Compensation: 30-35k per month CTC
Location: Amritsar/ Chandigarh, although depending on capability, one could be anywhere in Punjab.
