Expertise required in handling all compliance & sustainability related initiatives with the vendors & mills spread across India, Bangladesh, Srilanka and Indonesia.

Should be well versed with certification needs and process, environmental science, alternate energy, chemicals, WRAP certification, Oekto tex certification, monitoring RSL reporting and tracking progress, anticipating potential risk and conducting risk assessment, appropriate solutions / alternate plans, etc to ensure all objectives are achieved.

Should have an innovative mind and with an inclination to experiment on new initiatives based on the RSL updates and to identify and implement best practices as s/he will be fully responsible for qualitative and efficient implementation of all compliance & sustainability initiatives and generating / monitoring vendor performance very closely.
