Position: Field Manager

Age: 45 Years

Essential Qualification:

• First-class master degree in anthropology /social science/ population science + PhD within 8 years of experience Or
• 2nd class master degree in public health + PhD with 8 years of experience

Desirable qualification:

• Experience in qualitative research and mixed method research
• Experience in handling qualitative research data and analysis
• Experience of working with key population
• Competency in preparing study reports on computer
• Good organizational skill

Job responsibility:

• The field manager will co-ordinate community activities and report to PI and the consultant
• He/she would be responsible for correct recruitment of hidden PWID
• He / She would form New innovative structures in the community for community engagement.
• work would entail the development of IEC material in a community consulate manner.
• Establishment of good participatory practices at site and development of community advisory board and take community along through community advisory board meetings
