Looking for candidates for Piramal Foundation for Education Leadership. Positions are based at MP.
( Salary Range- 30-45 K, based on experience)
Teacher Professional Development – Program Leader (1)
o Plan and support Teacher professional development related activities in the state.
o Develop and execute plan for CPD of State Resource Group (SRG) and District Resource Group (DRG), Block level teams and teachers.
• Content Development – Senior / Program Leader (1)-
o Work closely with SCERT, and DIET authorities for material development, designing workshops, assessments etc.
o Facilitating the content with the external stakeholder and internal members.
o Designing process for effective training/workshop with stakeholders and design the effective feedback & follow-up mechanisms.
• Process reengineering and data analysis - Program Leader (1)
o Define and document all process and gaps, End-to-End process flows, and design solutions.
o Understand meaning of data, define data relationships & trends in the data and identify meaningful insights.
o Manage stakeholder relationships & execute diagnostics, develop reports
• Governance – Program Leader (1)
o Set up PMUs and guidelines to ensure quality implementation towards the define goals.
o Facilitate conversations, setup and collaborate with different stakeholders to leverage government initiatives.
• Institutional Strengthening – Senior / Program Leader (1)
o Develop methodologies, tools, and templates for OD interventions based on institution i.e., SIEMAT, SCERT, DIET
o Develop strategies and roadmaps that integrate the various OD interventions into systemic framework
o Execute all interventions as per roadmap.
• Litigation Management – Senior / Program Leader (1)
Develop methodologies, tools, and templates for litigation interventions based on scope of work.
• Develop strategies and roadmaps that integrate the various Litigation interventions into systemic framework
• Lead state level relationships, build new and sustain them.
