Consultancy Fees: Up to Rs.65,000/- (Per Month) TDS Deductible

Qualification and experience

Post graduate degree in Social Work, Masters in Women studies, Business Administration, Agricultural economics or Agri-business
At least 10 years of work experience and 5 years in managing women centric agri projects/ value chain projects. Experience in managing large funded projects is preferred.
Candidates having minimum 3 years work experience with MAVIM affiliated projects would be given preference.
Excellent command over computer is must.
Responsibilities

To act as a co-ordinating officer for concern region for MAVIM under MAGNET Project.
To mentor & facilitate district units of MAVIM, community federations of self help groups (CMRC)/SHG for MAVIM under MAGNET project.
To coordinate with regional & district line agencies for MAVIM under MAGNET project.
To execute the MAGNET program as per design through MAVIM district offices/CMRCs.
To develop monitoring & evaluation strategy.
To report MAVIM's State Project office under MAGNET regarding progress of project.
