Position: Head – Monitoring & Evaluation

Education: PG/MBA in Management/Development administration

- Minimum of 10+ years of M&E experience 
- Experience of implementing large scale development projects
- Should come with strong experience in the consulting or banking industry.

• 15+ years of experience in multi-method evaluation in a consulting and/or in-house monitoring and evaluation function, across a complex array of programs, initiatives, and in a pan India environment. 
• The focus will be on developing and implementing frameworks, tools and systems to measure the performance evaluate and review our impact. The incumbent would be required to collaborate with Programme Heads to ensure that emerging lessons are used in better decision-making and improving design of the programmes.
