The major responsibilities are:
- Manage all social media channels and campaigns to sustain an engaging audience experience.
- Research and analyse social media trends, including social media ad revenue and web visitor data, to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy.
- Implement social media strategies across all online platforms.
- Create engaging content to promote the overall brand through social media channels.
Major Deliverables:
- Collaborate with internal teams to design the digital content strategy with the objective of increasing brand reach, engagement with relevant stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tool and digital marketing.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Analyse social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement.
- Monitor and develop reports on competitor activity within social media space.
- Assist the Manager Content in any other marketing requirements, as assigned.
Educational Qualification:
MBA/PGDBM in Marketing & Communications or Graduate with relevant experience.
Desired Experience:
- 2-3 years of digital and social media marketing experience.
- Familiar with content creation/social media campaigns for Non-Profit organizations.
