OPPORTUNITY:

• Catalyse action for developing clusters as ‘economic growth engines'.
• Strengthen Rurban mission by distilling existing knowledge from successful public programmes such as Mission Antyodaya, The Aspirational Districts, NRHM, etc.
• Mentor the community to build a collaborative visioning, planning and analysis for Rurban clusters.
• Liaison with key stakeholders in the district, state and central levels to ensure ground realities translate into robust public policy.
• Nurture best practices in cluster transformation and develop innovative ways to capture and circulate learnings

CANDIDATE:

• Degree in Rural Development/Social Sciences/Public Policy.
• At least 3 years of work experience with public delivery systems/ governments.
• Field level experience is preferred
• Critical and analytical thinking and capacity to innovate future strategies
• Excellent leadership skills with a deep passion for creating opportunities for the poorest communities in the country.
• Must be fluent in English & Hindi Must be willing to travel and work in remote rural areas in UP
