Position: Livelihood State Coordinator 
Location: Guntur base, Andhra Pradesh
Job term: 1 year 
Project:  Alternative Livelihood Project for sex-workers and survivors of trafficking.

Specific Role: 
•    Working closely with survivors of trafficking and sex-workers interested in alternative livelihood ventures. 
•    Participation in preparation of project livelihoods and income generation work plans, designs and implement them within the project time frame.
•    Support in managing relationship with communities and other local statkeholders 
•    Coordination, implementation and supervision of livelihood activities within the project areas.
•    Support the orientation, on-going development/training and capacity building of livelihood team 
•    Document project reports, project ideas, case stories of change and lessons learnt 

Qualifications: 
•    Degree and experience in livelihoods project implementation and training, enterprise development, rural development, rural marketing or related disciplines
•    Experience on promoting community based social enterprises/SHGs and establishing market linkages
•    Exceptional written and verbal communications skills in English, working knowledge of Telugu,  and Hindi will be an advantage
•    Strong understanding of sustainable livelihoods and capacity building issues and Networking skills 
•    Previous experience of managing donor supported livelihood projects, managing training and capacity building based projects will be an advantage
•    Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
