lndian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) is an Autonomous Organization under the Department of Heatth Research, L inistry of Heatth & Family Wetfare, Govt. of lndia. ICMR is deating with biomedical / health research in various areas, in cottaboration with nationat / internationat agencies, through its Headquarters at New Dethi and 27 lnstitutes / Centres and a large number of fietd stations, situated across the country.

ICMR invites ontine apptications, from lndian Citizens, up to 5h l av. 2021 titt 5:30 PM to fitt up the post of Additional Director General at ICMR Hqrs. New Delhi, in Level 15 of Pay Matrix (Rs.182200-224100) (7th CPC Scale) and usual atlowances as admissibte to ICMR emptoyees for appointment on regutar basis under Direct Recruitment :

Essential Qualifications:

MD/MS/DNB or equivatent degree* recognized by MCI

OR

First Ctass Master's degree with Ph.D from a recognized University in subjects as given in Annexure-1.

(2) 19 years R&D experience in the retevant areas as listed in Annexure-l from a recognized institute, (preferabty 5 years in a managerial position to handte R&D projects independentty) inctuding 3 years regutar service in the Pay matrix tevet - 14 or equivatence as per DoPT guidetines as amended from time to time **

Note for all the speciatizations: Out of above experience, seven years should be in Managerial Research position viz., Pl or Co-Pl of scientific studies.
