Position: Program Manager

Organization: Myna Mahina Foundation 

Key Responsibilities:

• Organizing programs and activities according to Myna’s Vision, Mission, and Goal (Myna Health).
• Developing new programs to support the strategic plan of the organization.
• Working closely with the Research vertical to develop and implement a program (Data-driven approach)
• Creating and managing long-term goals.
• Helping to develop a budget for the program in coordination with the operations manager and resource mobilization executive.
• Creating an operations plan for the program.
• Developing an evaluation method for the program.
• Writing program proposal
• Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
• Closely monitoring the project members performance
• Conducting performance evaluation of the team and the fellows along with CEO and Operations Manager.
• Meeting with relevant stakeholders
• Supervising all the programs under the Myna health vertical.

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachlors’s degree (Medical) with MSW and working experience in Community.

OR Candidates having pursued Public Health and have worked in Community to manage entire vertical of Programme Management.
