Qualification: Post- Graduation from a reputed institute with 4-8 years of experience in end-to-end Project Management in Social Sector

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work in close coordination with the Head Direct Implementation Programmes.
- Shall be responsible for efficient execution of the projects/new initiatives in line with the objectives and guidelines from Tech Mahindra Foundation.
- Shall be responsible for managing new as well as ongoing projects in the areas of skill development and education.
- Shall be responsible for producing/improving various Policies and Standard Operating Procedures and ensuring compliance thereof at all times.
- Shall be responsible for building a relationship with internal (Project Teams) and external stakeholders (like NGOs, Associations, bodies corporate, government departments and other organizations in the Sector.
- Shall support Project Teams in implementing new initiatives.
- Shall constantly monitor and evaluate the performance of the projects from time to time on predefined parameters.
- Shall be responsible for documenting SOPs, Case Studies and Reports.
- Any other task assigned by Head-DIP.
Desired Skill Set:
- Proven work experience in managing end to end projects in CSR.
- Excellent report writing, and documentation skills and coordination skills.
- Good and effective communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Good IPR skills.
- Attention to detail and critical thinking.
- Building relationship and Rapport.
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
- Good negotiation and analytical skills.
- Having worked in a social sector organization will an added advantage.
