YouWeCan Foundation is a non-profit organisation established by cricketer and cancer survivor Yuvraj Singh, registered under the Bombay Trust Act, 1965. Our Mission is to empower all people to fight cancer, through awareness, early detection, patient support and survivor empowerment. We conduct cancer screening and awareness camps in multiple locations across the country. We also provide financial support  for the cancer treatment of children from underprivileged backgrounds through our empanelled hospitals pan India. Through our initiatives, we ensure that opportunities to detect and fight cancer are equal for all – no matter who you are, your level of education, level of income or where you live in our country. 

We are on an ambitious mission to screen 1,00,000 women in Goa for Cancer over the next two years. 

We are looking for Cluster Coordinators with experience in nursing/diagnostic operations. The Cluster Coordinator will be responsible for training and screenings in 5 PHC/CHCs. You should be well organized, proactive, and have the ability to interact professionally with multiple stakeholders.

To be successful as a Cluster Coordinator at YouWeCan Foundation, you must be able to multi-task and have emotionally intelligent conversations. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for a cluster of 5 PHC/CHCs
• Ensuring smooth implementation of the screenings 
• Ensuring scan targets are achieved in the cluster
• Training CHC/PHC staff to use ibreastexam machine
• Troubleshooting device related queries for staff during screenings
• Sending daily reports to district coordinator

Requirements

• Location: Goa
• B.Sc. Nursing or General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM)
• Experience: 2-3 Years of relevant experience
• Graduate in any field with experience of working at Nursing Home/ Clinic with 5+ years of  experience
• Excellent professional communication skills
• Ability to communicate professionally in English, Hindi and Konkani
• Demonstrate high EQ and integrity
• Be a good team player
• Age: Not more than 35 years old
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer operations
