ABOUT THE ROLE:
1. Curate and manage the end-to-end Digital communications strategy of the project. Must have a thorough understanding of the Social Media landscape with prior experience in handling multifunctional teams. Should be thorough with socio-political landscape as the job entails working closely with social and political leaders and organization
2. Collaborate with team members to design, develop and deploy solutions to ensure seamless workflow of digital network. Coordinate with Content writer and Designer/Video Editor for creation of digital content in multiple formats (e.g., website, blogs, videos, memes, video clips, reference clips, press releases, and podcasts) and multiple types (e.g., proactive content,offensive content, defensive content, progressive content)
3. Build and manage a network of Digital Volunteers at multiple levels and run its daily operations by setting up all the processes and protocols
4. Must plan a comprehensive Digital Marketing, SEO/SEM, Online Reputation Management plan to increase the digital reach and visibility of the project
5. Should look beyond the conventional platforms and must be open to explore new ways/platforms to add value to the project
6. Ensure setting and meeting deadlines and expand social media presence on a continuous basis,
using cross-platform techniques to drive home the point through analysis of relevant data metrics and information on social media
7. Track all political developments and ideate campaign interventions from time to time
8. Engage with local social media influencers and content creators to understand and draw maximum attention to local issues. Also, mentor and guide the team and volunteers
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
1. Minimum 2 years of work experience in managing, designing and implementing end-to-end Digital Communication and Social Media Strategy preferably with a reputed brand or individual (Prior experience of actively engaging in socio-political initiatives would be a great advantage)
2. Prior experience of working in political domain is an added advantage
3. Graduate from a top-tier institute, preferably from top-notch management college
4. Excellent communication skills in Telugu, English and Hindi (Read, write and speak)
5. Hands-on experience and an in-depth understanding of Digital Marketing, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, CRM software’s, Digital Analytics and Social Media Reporting
6. Excellent interpersonal, analytical and project management skills
7. Must be willing and able to work in a high-pressure environment
8. Diligent multi-tasking and time-management skills
LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY:
Mandatory (Reading, Writing, & Speaking Fluency): Telugu, English
Optional: Hindi

3. The candidate must be willing to relocate to project location for the duration specified, open to travel, quick to adapt to a new geography, possess a go-getter attitude, be a self-learner, and most importantly work independently with minimal supervision.
