You have been invited to participate in a Cross-generational Patterns of Communication between Gen Z Students and Educators: A Phenomenological Study - as a TRANSCRIBER.
This study conducted by Dr Anil Behal, Principal Investigator (PI) and a team of researchers, including a faculty member from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies (SIMS), Pune. The study has received ethics and compliance approval from Symbiosis University Ethics Committee.
The research involves the study of “cross-generational communication” (the research phenomenon) and the experiences and interactions of Gen Z students (ages 21-24) and educators (ages 56-74). The study involves individual interviews with students and educators from various institutions in India. Each in-depth interview will last approximately 90 minutes. The interviews will be conducted via videoconferencing on Zoom, and digitally recorded.
The transcriber will receive a sum of INR 450/- per video only if they successfully complete the tasks listed below:
1. To transcribe all the provided content within a given period of time.
2. Upload and mail the transcript to the principal investigator and project manager.
3. Acknowledge, agree and adhere to the confidentiality form given in section 2.
