For NABH Accredited 150-Bed Hospital
Location: Satna, Madhya Pradesh, India
We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Quality Manager to join our team at our full NABH accredited 150-beded hospital at Satna. As a Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of patient care and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
1. Implement and maintain quality assurance and control processes in accordance with NABH guidelines.
2. Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
3. Develop, implement, and monitor quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and revise policies, procedures, and protocols related to quality management.
5. Provide training and education to staff members on quality-related topics and protocols.
6. Investigate incidents, complaints, and adverse events, and develop action plans to prevent recurrence.
7. Monitor and analyze quality metrics and performance indicators to drive continuous improvement efforts.
8. Prepare and maintain documentation related to quality assurance activities, including reports, records, and documentation for accreditation purposes.
9. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quality management and healthcare delivery.
Qualifcation & Skill Requirements:
- BDS and Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration,or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a healthcare quality management role, preferably in a NABH accredited hospital.
- Strong understanding of NABH standards and requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and precision.
- Certification in quality management or healthcare quality (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, CPHQ) is a plus.
