The Manager/Associate Manager – Programmes will oversee and organise educational programmes that will make an impact to a target audience in the domain of public policy and governance. They have to ensure programmes are successful and cost-effective keeping in mind budget and time constraints. We are looking for enthusiastic candidates with fresh ideas and the organizational skills who do not leave anything about a program, to chance.

The Manager/Associate Manager – Programmes will be responsible for the planning of the programme from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives. They are required to come up with suggestions to enhance the programme’s success. The Manager/Associate Manager – Programmes will also have to prepare budgets and ensure adherence to that budget, while sourcing and negotiating with vendors and suppliers. Co-ordination, organisation, approval of all aspects of the programme before it begins and analysing the learnings once the programme is over will also fall in the jurisdiction of the Manager/Associate Manager – Programmes.

Preferred Experience:

MBA/BBA/B.Sc./B.Com/BA in PR, marketing, hospitality management, or related field is preferred though we are open to exceptional candidates from other disciplines as well. Event/Project management experience preferred.

Location: Rashtram Campus, Sonipat, Haryana (50Km, 1.5hrs of travel from Delhi)
Renumeration: ₹2.4 lakhs – 5.2 Lakhs per annum (depending on experience and skills)
