Entrepreneurship: You want to deepen your knowledge about entrepreneurship, get exposure to different verticals and develop a firm footing in the space
Execution: You can manage ambiguous situations and manage your work comfortable
Limited Supervision:You are comfortable working with limited supervision
The Role –
Marketing & Partnership Lead : You will be working on key vertical managing TribesforGOOD’s clients and would be instrumental in forging new relationships with schools, universities, and non-profits in India.
Partnership
-Research, plan and execute various avenues of raising awareness about our services among prospective and existing clients.
-Set up weekly meetings with schools, universities, NGOs, NPOs etc for partnerships
-Plan potential programs after identifying the needs of Partner NGOs and NPOs
-Maintain relations with the NGO network and establish formal contract with partner organizations
-Create proposals and effective emailers to generate response for potential meetings
-Expand an internal fellowship program to top colleges in India
Marketing
-Maintaining an active presence on social media channels with the help of TFG team
-Building TFG as a brand using social media platforms
-Recording student journeys through video testimonials, case studies, blog, IGTV, Reel etc
-Maintaining a track of TFG impact and reach for marketing campaigns
-Engage with TribesforGOOD Alumni through website/ social media and events
-Identify areas and opportunities of outreach and visibility
Other Requirements
-Bachelor's Degree
-Excellent communication skills along with professional behaviour
-Take up other responsibility as per the requirement
-Conduct pre-scheduled offline field visits
-Active participation on social media
-Familiarity with graphic apps such as Canva
-Fluency in other vernacular languages such as Marathi, Kannada, Telugu, Bengali etc (not mandatory)
-Conduct researches for Partner NGOs as per the requirement
