Job Description
 To mobilize and facilitate enrolment of suitable women for LLF’s Women Entrepreneurship project with the help of SHG.
 To conduct structured training on Financial Literacy, Digital Literacy, and Business Planning (Entrepreneurship Development) in different batches.
 To maintain the beneficiaries’ database from time to time with a repository of relevant supporting documents. To maintain training records, regular attendance, registration, and case stories.
 To facilitate women in developing their business plans. To take an active part in the facilitation of seed funding support to beneficiaries from LLF.
 To help and support beneficiaries in setting up their businesses including business incorporation, Current A/C opening, issuance of PAN Card, etc.
 To help women in accessing capital by leveraging various government financing schemes.
 To take an active part in organizing various program showcasing events.
 Prepare and submit various programmatic reports on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual basis to the line manager. Any other task as assigned by the reporting manager
