Job Description:
The role of Project Coordinator-Agriculture is to oversee project implementation, monitor project progress, and provide technical and leadership support in accomplishing project activities.
He/she will coordinate with the project team and provide support for operational and technical management of the projects.
Experience:
Position Requirements:
• Agricultural graduate/ Agricultural postgraduate from reputed institute
• Good written and communications skills in English, Hindi and Rajasthan regional languages
• Project Management and implementation skills
• Computer literacy, Knowledge of MS-Word, Excel & Power Point
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently with minimal daily supervision
• Travel to remote field locations/villages
• Must have two wheeler
Key Responsibilities:
• Build technical capacities of project team and project beneficiaries on various aspects of agriculture development
• Coordinate project implementation including monitoring, planning, training, and supervision
• Conduct/organize farmers training, facilitating with resource person from agri institute, university and agri department
• Prepare output, outcome, and impact matrix of activities
• Provide technical support in the design and implementation of projects
• Develop and strengthen relationships/networking with line departments, government officers, community leaders in villages
• Documentation and dissemination of success stories & writing project report - Update project MIS
• Any other responsibility assigned by the management as per the requirement of the organization.
Remuneration: 20-25K per month
