Qualifications:
- ✔️ A Master’s degree in any discipline.
- ✔️ 8+ years of experience (for Manager) in sales, marketing, and fundraising.

Resource mobilisation and fund-raising is a strategically important functions and is recognised as a critical enabler of institutional growth and sustainability.
The position of Manager of Resource Development will be involved in fund-raising initiatives. This will entail donor communication, relationship building, creation of collaterals, and other activities as needed to deliver against internal targets.
Responsibilities would include, but not be limited to, the following:
Supporting fund-raising strategy implementation;
Building relationships with diverse donors (Foundations, Corporates, CSR Trusts, Philanthropists, domestic, and international);
Developing persuasive proposals, case studies, and collateral for specific donor segments;
Ensuring accurate fund-raising records and reports maintenance;
Managing MIS reporting on fund-raising status, activities, and achievements;
Assisting in operational and capital resource mobilization;
Collaborating with teams for business development and grant-raising;
Sending regular updates and institutional communications to donors;
Staying updated on fund-raising trends through continuous analysis and research;
Participating in Institution-Building activities and tasks as assigne
