ETASHA Society, working in the Employment and Income Generation space, is looking for an impact-driven, process-oriented leader to scale up its operations. Over 15 years ETASHA has impacted the lives of over 42000 youth, adolescents and women in both urban and rural communities, helping them become economically self-reliant and live with dignity.

You are the Executive Director for ETASHA, if you
•    Care deeply about the inequity in our world, and about making this right
•    Have been a senior manager in a large organisation or the CEO of a mid-sized one
•    You will get your hands dirty - in villages, slums, and in the board-room
•    Have the ability to raise funds - from corporates, institutions, individuals
•    Have a great heart, a brilliant mind and abundance of energy

Remuneration is INR 18-20 Lakhs pa.
