Responsibilities:
• Foster deep relationships with the village community, including regular meetings with key stakeholders such as Gramsevak, Sarpanch, GP members, BDO.
• Resolve and manage issues at the village level, organizing exposure visits and developing leadership within the community.
• Lead a team of 5-6 individuals in various locations for effective community engagement work.
• Implement government schemes and leverage available funds for community development programs.
• Conduct village surveys and set up governance systems like Pariyavaran Vikas Samitis.
• Increase the income of 60% of villagers by 20% through various livelihood programs.
• Conduct awareness sessions on environmental conservation and reduce animal-human conflicts.
• Implement and monitor livelihood programs, identify market linkages, and ensure quality standards.
• Budgeting exercises for training, equipment, material, and market coordination.
• Document evidence of progress and processes for transparency and accountability.
Requirements:
• Process-oriented and quality-conscious individual.
• Age between 24 - 40 years.
• Must be from Nashik with own 2W.
• Competent in Marathi and English writing.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Readiness to travel within Maharashtra.
• Strong communication skills.
• At least 4 years of previous NGO experience.
• High integrity with no strong political or religious affiliations.
