Key Responsibilities: -
• Responsible for the planning, development and continuous management of training and business development activities under skills and livelihood projects
• Ensure all strategies, targets and plans as set-in skills and livelihood program are met including the requirements of funding agencies.
• Set up incubation center for the marginalized including documentation
• Coordination with all the stakeholders as per the plan for forward and backward linkages
• Regular monitoring of project activities related to skills training
• Planning, data management and reporting of skills training projects to different stakeholders
• Conceive and implement the business operations module for the beneficiaries in association with reporting officer, consultants and experts
• Guide and mentor beneficiaries on business operations and ensure progressive pathway in their entrepreneurial growth
• Develop and monitor marketing strategies to align brand development strategies
• Increase early adopters and customer base for the beneficiaries mentoring and driving sales and create brand value for their enterprise.
Skills required: -
• Leadership skill for Project Management and implementation
• Knowledge of basic sales and marketing skills of business development
• Self-starter to manage projects independently
• Problem solving skills to lead a dynamic team and navigate challenges
• Efficient communication and managerial skills to deal with multiple stakeholders at various levels
• Effective data management, analysis and interpretation skills to inform senior management decisions
• Knowledge of Microsoft software like MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-moving environment
