About the Role
We are looking for professionals with a keen interest in working with government bodies, and prior exposure to areas including but not limited to Panchayati Raj Institutions, Rural Development, Technology, Monitoring and Evaluation, Impact Assessment of government projects and schemes
Role & Responsibilities Under the overall supervision of the Lead and guidance of QCI leadership, you will be required to undertake the following tasks:
● Researching, writing, and publishing materials to bolster the project’s marketing efforts on various social media platforms, including knowledge repositories, social media, video scripts, magazines, and brochures.
● Developing compelling and shareable content across platforms, with a specific focus on video content; script writing and direction expertise are essential.
● Writing and reviewing diverse content types, such as blogs, social media posts, mobile application content, infographics, and videos.
● Collaborating with the team to formulate and implement effective social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
● Ensuring consistency in brand voice, tone, and style across all content and channels.
● Supervising content production as part of an internal agency, including assessing project requests and determining priorities.
● Managing an editorial calendar for social media.
'● Evaluating journey maps and content performance metrics to recommend strategic actions.
● Staying abreast of the latest content trends, customer needs, important keywords, and competitor content.

Necessary experience, qualifications, and skills:
● Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree in the following fields is desirable.
● Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree with less than 3 years of experience or a Postgraduate degree with less than 2 years of experience.
● Proven experience as a content writer, preferably in a marketing or digital agency setting.
● Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
● Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
● Strong research skills and attention to detail.
● Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
● Experience working with government projects or implementation of government schemes is desirable.
● Knowledge of Hindi content writing is a plus.
