Would like to share an opportunity (fwd): Program Manager- CSR, for a Large foundation. Mumbai.
The position involves responsibility for the management and expansion of the Healthcare portfolio of the Foundation. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about the sector and brings up to date knowledge on policies and sector knowledge, enabling investment in high quality & impactful projects and programmes.
Key responsibilities
 Re-thinking, developing and leading the strategy for Healthcare sector investments of the Corporate Foundation
 Regular engagement and relationship building with the grantee organisations
 Experience of working with the Government and related departments to be considered favourably
 Undertaking project visits for assessment and project monitoring
 Developing the log frames for evaluating the performance/outcomes of grants in the sector
 Ability to develop knowledge products and new ideas for investment in this sector
 Assist in the effective reporting of Healthcare grants in the Foundation’s portfolio
 Candidate must proactively participate in conferences and training programs for knowledge building
Desired profile
 6-8 years work experience in the Healthcare sector, either on the implementation side or in grant management
 Demonstrated ability to create and effectively evaluate programme design, budgets and performance metrics
 Strong understanding of laws and regulations related to the Indian Healthcare sector
 The candidate should be flexible to travel extensively to project locations across India
 Good written and verbal communication skills
