Position: State Head (1 position in each state)

Locations: Assam, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, West Bengal (These are just examples listed in the advertisement, Sa-Dhan is looking to hire State Heads in each state of India)

• Job Duration: 36 Months
• Job Description:
  • Manage project progress in their respective states
  • Coordinate with State Project Managers of SRLMs for execution of project activities in the state
  • Coordinate with FIs at the state and district level regarding operational issues and loan disbursement
  • Create training calendars for the state for Mentor TOTs and Vitta trainings
  • Address concerns of stakeholders at various levels
  • Coordinate with the district coordinators to ensure the delivery of activities and project targets
  • Monitor and ensure overall state-level targets are met
  • Deliver TOTs (Training of Trainers)
• Qualifications:
  • MBA, Post Graduate, Graduate (BBA, BA, B. Com, MSW, MA in Sociology or Economics) or equivalent degree
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Microfinance, Micro Enterprise, MSME and Development Sectors in the Field, accountancy and Office.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English and proficiency in the local language
  • Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office Skills (PPT)
