3 to 5 years experience in Fundraising Sales Marketing. Prior experience in fundraising for the Development sector would be added advantage. Proven sales abilities with a sound target achievement record, and comfortable with holding and meeting fundraising goals.

Specific job Responsibilities & Accountabilities.
Training and motivating new recruits tele callers.
Responsible for managing a team of fundraisers working on donor acquisition and retention.
Managing, developing, and training the tele callers to meet desired targets and undertake
Expansion of the teams.
Must be able to build the fundraising capacity of the fundraising team and induct new staff for fundraising.
Hold weekly meetings to discuss task delegation and review issues to be responsible for expansion with the Line Manager setting quarterly & yearly targets and objectives.
Remuneration will be competitive with Indian NGO pay scales and will depend upon the candidate's experience levels and the overall SSF India salary structure.
