Position: Field Executive

Location: Jabalpur, Balaghat

Job requirements:
Minimum Graduate/Post Graduate having minimum two years of experience in the field of Social and political survey, organize group meetings, plan and manage events with booth and polling members.

Key Responsibilities:
•The Field executive will be responsible for effective and meaningful implementation of Activities assigned by Team Leader
• Conduct door to door field survey whenever necessary
• Plan and execute meetings as and when required
• Rapport building with the Booth members and clients
• Liaison with PRI Members and Political leaders and create linkages between them
• Any other task related to the project as assigned by Head Office or clients

Competencies
• Good communication (verbal & written) in Hindi and local language is must.
• Knowledge of MS-Office is essential.
• Knowledge of community mobilization strategies.
• Willing to travel extensively, in assigned intervention Area.
• Efficiency in mobile usage for capturing data.
• Must have personal two-wheeler with valid driving license and helmet.
• Must have smart phone and working knowledge on APPs
• Must reside in the vicinity of duty area.

Salary
Salary will be commensurate with the previous drawn salary, qualification and experience.
