Role:
1. Liable for office clean & neat environment as per the checklist.
2. Maintain Manual register wherever required for records purpose like visitors register, attendance register for maids, Asset register etc.
3. Work more on quotation & comparison with vendors as per the requirements.
4. Interaction for Purchase order/ sales order /work order need to be raised based on the approvals.
5. Bills/ Invoice records need to be maintained in a good format, liable to share whenever required a hard copy & soft copy.
6. Assets need to be maintained of the office premises check on as per the list of IT & Non-IT related assets.
7. Need to be available for travel as when required pertaining to projects.
8. Printer machine reading need to be noted and work on photocopies and scan of documents.
9. Need to support on the arrangements at the time of Training & Meetings held inside the office premises and outside also.
10. Should be good in technical aspects and communication.
