Position: Field Program Officer

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist the Manager in effective implementation of the program in the assigned territory.
• Interacting with pharmacists and assist in providing training for their involvement in the program.
• Build new network and manage the network of pharmacists in the assigned territory.
• Ensure tracking the offtake of bundled solutions on a regular basis and prioritize outlets where offtake is not commensurate with the potential of the outlet.
• Work with the local team and program partners to implement the BCC messages and activities.
• Responsible for implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the project in the assigned territory to achieve project deliverables.
• Ensure timely submission all programmatic data to the Supervisor as per the schedules timeline.
• Facilitate support to research team on all types of research and other studies in the assigned districts.
• Ensures that all trainings and orientations among pharmacists are planned and effectively implemented in coordination with program team.
• As required, engage and interact with target audience
• Attend any other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor as per the need.

Qualification and Experience:

• Post graduate with 1-3 years of experience / graduate with 3-5 years of experience preferably in health care programs/projects.
• Preference would be given to those who have experience in interacting with pharmacists and other health professionals’; experience in supporting women who have used MA pills and transitioned to using contraceptive methods.
• Good communication skills (English & Hindi).
