Required Education, Experience & Skills
Master’s degree, with at least 10 years of relevant professional experience and being well verse in working with Bank/NBFC/MFI’s.
Experience of working in financial services for the poor through mobile and digital services platforms and deep knowledge of Business Correspondent Model will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication skills and ability to represent the organization in front of external stakeholders and government/institutional/corporate authorities is a must.
Essential Job Functions
Design and establish a training vertical on digital lending that would serve as a central point for field as well as administrative staff seeking training assistance.
Assesses training requirement needs through surveys, interviews, groups discussion with operations team and field agents especially the representatives of the customers.
Coordinate and arrange training programs for orientation on digital lending, regulatory and statutory methodology at all levels.
Organize induction, on-job training, and refresher training programs both online and offline for field employees and customer representative for developing their skills on digital lending methodology.
Reporting and relationships: The position will report to the Director –Operations. working out from their own base locations.
