ImplementationProgramme in line with project objectives and goals.

• Identification of target groups in the field
• Collectivize young girls in groups
• Strong community mobilization among community members . So, the sufficient number of girls, community members and stakeholders shall participate in community events
• Girls mobilization for english and computer classes etc. Supporting teachers as per need of programme.
• One to One interaction with girls, parents and other stakeholder
• Smooth Coordination with Peer Mentors/Educators.
• Create different program and activities reports along with monthly plan and report
• Maintain data of existing MIS of project & updation on regular basis.
• Documentation of Good Practices from field
• To send documents & monthly reports to Programme Coordinator timely and with quality.
• Imparting trainining to target group, community members and stakeholders as per need.
• Any Other work assigned by SES

Qualification- Graduation
Experience -Minimum 3 Year
