Responsibilities

• Develop a menu of investments/funding opportunities 
• Map, identify and engage leading CSR and CSR aggregators, Foundations & Intermediaries and through them raise resources for collaboratives and alliances  
• Help the partners of the collaboratives and alliances to strategize, develop proposals and help in getting funding from these organizations. 
• Help partners of the collaboratives and alliances develop standard proposals and support them in raising funds locally, nationally and internationally
• Coordinate and collaborate with Secretariat teams effectively 

Desired Outcomes:

• Resources mobilised for partners in their efforts to make communities live and thrive
• Partner organizations have adequate knowledge and information to mobilised funds and resources for both short and long term sustainability
• Various fund mobilisation approaches are effectively driving results for mobilising funds and resources for the Secretariat & its partners
• Donor agencies at local, national and international levels are well informed and participate in supporting partners

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong documentation, reporting, proposal writing and presentation skills.
• Ability to build networks, engage with diverse stakeholders and work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Graduate/Post Graduate - Social work /Sales and Marketing will be an added advantage
