Position: Project Manager (Consultant)
Organization: MASH Project Foundation
Location: Our team follows a hybrid model, where we might be required to travel to work from
time to time on a need basis to Delhi/NCR.
About the role
Key responsibilities:
● End to end ownership of large events (audience of 1000+ people) across digital and offline
● Curating the conferences according to the needs of the project
● Responsible for large projects from concept to launch, developing andcoordinating realistic project estimates, plans, and/or metrics, working and communicating effectively with cross functional teams
● Setup and manage in-house / outsourced project execution teams, with associated processes, to ensure successful completion of the program
● Monitor, measure and communicate project progress, potential risks & delays and team performance to program teams, executives and other sponsors. Take the lead in driving cross-office collaboration and resolving anysite-related differences
● As the driver of events, and/or technically thinking/speaking abilities are required to engage with customers and prospects at a high-level to help generate demand and drive traffic to the booth or website for the programs assigned.
● Coordination with the event logistics for a smooth on-day experience
We'd like you to have:
● Overall 3+ years of work experience, 1+ year project management experience managing large-scale and dynamic events/conferences, 1+ years of work experience is preferred in the social impact/sustainability space
● Operational excellence and experience with conducting virtual events, logistics management, virtual event tools, various event formats, managing speakers, project plans, engagement activities, and analytics
● Temp / vendor management experience
● Strong skills for communications, marketing and outreach
● Ability to define projects, execute within timelines, with multiple stakeholders
● Proven ability to deliver projects on time and to budget
● Excellent project manager, self-starter, with the ability to work independently and on multiple initiatives at the same time
● Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management and having exceptional verbal and written communication skills
● Ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment
● Should be passionate about the sustainability ecosystem.
