• Prior experience in mentoring and guiding candidates
• Prior experience in skill development sector
• Track record of successfully conducting placement drives
• Should have prior experience in liasoning with government officials

Willing to travel 60% on job

Should be engaging, dynamic, efficient, good communicator and have passion to mentor
