• 7+ years’ experience in capacity as Finance manager
• Experience of NGO/NPO Projects finance management
• Proficiency in budgets optimisation, fund flows and utilisation from an NGO framework
• Working knowledge about taxation laws, FCRA compliances and other NGO statues and regulations
• Complete knowledge of supporting different kinds of audits for NGOs

Job Description
The person will have complete oversight of the financial systems and processes of the Bapu group of organizations, including,
- Creation of projects budgets, analysing transactional inflows and outflows between projects budgets, complying with projects contracts by regularly monitoring utilisation, and monthly fund flows, etc.
-Liaison with donors, bankers, financial institutions, tax authorities, auditors, board members, charitable commissioners' office, FCRA department and others as needed, to ensure compliances of different kinds
-Presenting excellent financial data reports on monthly basis, with studious approach on between projects fund flow trends, summary sheets of financial status and projections for the year, study of optimization of finances, and incomes and investments
-Ensuring due diligence on statutory fronts, oversight of audits, ensuring contractual compliances of all programs as well as Bapu partnerships both domestic and international
