Position: Project Lead

Work Schedule:
The position is currently on a 7 month contract period and is extendable based on the performance of the candidate.
The working days are Monday to Saturday.
Eligibility: Should be a Degree or an MBA graduate Should possess minimum 3 to 4 years previous experience in similar work Good Verbal, Written, and Analytical communication skills
Job Description:
• To conduct ongoing need assessments of the students at degree colleges to identify unique placement and training requirements
• To conduct pre-intervention and post-intervention skill levels, awareness, and aptitude
• Plan and monitor day-to-day activities and schedules
• Monitor all implementation partners and plan activities along with the training and placement team, agencies, and college staff.
• Work closely with the training partners and technical partners to receive and provide student feedback.
• Maintain a soft copy and a hard copy of all the registered students
• Supervise trainers and all project staff associated with the program
• Manage all relationships with students, colleges, UWH staff, project consultants/coordinators, and technical partners. Develop good relationships with colleges and understand their additional needs and priorities.
• Ensure participation in capacity development workshops and training throughout the duration of the program. Suggest process improvements in the current delivery model.
• Identify new technical partnerships beneficial to students in consultation with College authorities. Plan and monitor all expenses related to the project. Plan, organise, facilitate and raise the indent requests regularly on a monthly basis
• Plan, organise, facilitate training events/ volunteering activities
• Ensure to organise minimum 2 Job drives per college
• Ensure successful placement to minimum 80% of the students trained in the colleges.
• Develop and maintain all the data and trackers for HR, students, placements, training classes, and colleges.
• Develop and maintain all the reports on a monthly, quarterly and annually or as per the donor request
• Suggest and modify the program design as per the community requirement in consultation with the senior management
• Additional responsibilities under UWH skilling projects should be taken up as an when required
