Place of posting: Bissam Cuttack Block, Rayagada district
Job description: Support training and mentoring of frontline functionaries to improve maternal and child nutrition in the block in terms of organization of monthly meetings on a regular basis, and community based monitoring during VHSNDs, sub-center and PHC level and provide feedback. Support organisation of trainings, follow ups and support in organisation of regular meetings etc. Facilitate organisation of Block level meetings - finalisation of agenda, share inputs from project data sources and follow up on action points etc. Work with block officials and state team for regular review of data and issuing directives/ communication with frontline providers. Supervise and mentor work of the Field Monitors and participate and contribute at the regular block and PHC level meetings. Maintaining and monitoring project activities, work hours of field monitors, budgets and expenditures. Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings. Undertake project activities in coordination with the Program manager
Qualifications & Experience: Graduate with 5-6 years’ experience in implementing health/ nutrition and community based interventions, Coordination with government officials and facilitating training of government officials and community based organisations with proficient in MS Office, management and use data. Willingness and ability to travel within the regions and ability to prioritise a varied workload, manage time and meet deadlines with good interpersonal and communication skills
Languages: Excellent written and spoken command of Oriya and speaking with writing skill in English is preferred
CTC: 3.6 lakh per annum
