Job Specifications:
1) Position: Resident Medical Officer
2) Location: Shodhgram, Campus of SEARCH in Gadchiroli district
3) Reporting to: Co-Director, SEARCH
Job Description of Medical Officer:
1) To provide regular primary & secondary care services in OPD.
2) To provide basic emergency and medical care in IPD.
3) To specialize in one or two telemedicine streams and provide service in the OPD & IPD.
4) To provide pre and post-operative care during surgical camp in IPD.
5) To train the Nurses and other para-medical professionals as needed.
6) To assist in the specified administrative work in running the hospital.
7) Maintain regular patient and other hospital records as per need.
8) Participating in other activities of SEARCH as required.

Candidate Profile
• BAMS / MBBS
• Ethical and value driven with strong belief in social sector.
• Proactive, hardworking and sincere.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Marathi or Hindi is required with fair written English
skills
• Ability to use MS Office on computer.
• Minimum commitment of three years.
