NAPL is hiring a CDP(Cluster Development Professional) Farm  
Duration : 3 years (contractual)
Location : Jharkhand
Salary: 6-15 LPA

Minimum Requirements :
Minimum 6 years of overall experience with at least 3 years of experience in the formation and promotion of Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), Self Help Groups (SHGs), and Cluster Level Federations (CFLs) formation and promotion, livelihood development related projects in the farm / off-farm sector.
Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in- Rural development / Entrepreneurship development / Business Management / Economics. 

Job Responsibilities : 
• Conduct cluster/value chain diagnostic studies
• Mobilize farmers into FIGs and FPOs
• Train farmers and board of directors of FPOs
• Preparation of business plans for FPOs 
• Provide a range of services to FPOs – facilitate input connect, credit connect, market linkages, develop linkages with various other necessary business development services, facilitate convergence with Ministry of Agriculture (MoA), MoRD, MoFPI schemes, etc.
• Liasioning with related stakeholders including Government departments
• Timely delivery of the expected outputs as instructed by the State Team Leader and senior management
• Preparation and presentation of progress reports.
