Position: Program Lead/ Sr. Program Lead - M&E and Implementation

Location: Delhi

Crossover Catalyst is helping to recruit Program Lead/ Sr. Program Lead - M&E and Implementation at Delhi with traveling for a not-for-profit organization working in India’s public health space.

The candidate should have at least 8 yrs of  experience in monitoring and evaluation of programs.

Exp in Maternal & Child Health and/or nutrition would be preferable. Knowledge of M& E approaches; specific knowledge of results-based management systems/ approaches like logical framework, logic model, Outcome Mapping (OM), Theory of Change (ToC), Social Frameworks, Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA), Impact Evaluation, Randomized Controlled Trials (RCTs), Process evaluation, Implementation Research methods, would be desirable.

In addition, the incumbent is expected to know the basics of data collection, database management, data analysis, and report writing.

Duty Station: Delhi, with travel as required.
