1. POSITION VACANT: Associate Director – Programs (Public Health Research), International Non-governmental Organization (INGO), New Delhi
2. ORGANISATION BACKGROUND: Our client is a respected INGO working in the areas of advancing reproductive health and rights.
3. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

Qualification: Masters’ in Public Health, Management, or related subjects.

Experience: Applicants must have 10-15 years of experience in managing development and/or consulting research projects in the health sector.

Skills and Competencies:
(1) Good understanding of the healthcare sector in the country;
(2) Adept at stakeholder management;
(3) Possess excellent communication skills;
(4) Basic understanding of research methodologies and the ability to read, interpret, and present data;
(5) Demonstrate strategic thinking and analytical skills to synthesize and draw conclusions from research findings;
(6) A dynamic and self-motivated professional.

4. COMPENSATION OFFERED: Gross compensation for the position has been budgeted at Rs. 25-30 lacs per annum. The offer made to the selected candidate shall be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and salary history.

The selected candidate shall be offered a full-time consultancy appointment for a period of one year, renewable thereafter, based on continuing need and project funding.

5. LOCATION: New Delhi (Hybrid). The position requires travel 30% of the time.
