Salary Range: 70,000 INR – 85,000 INR per month, commensurate with experience
Responsibilities will include:
- Work as part of a broader team to design, facilitate and support digital data collection, including monitoring tools and baseline, annual, and end line surveys, in alignment with Trickle Up’s Global MIS.
- Technical support to Trickle Up and partner staff members to regularly collect, enter, and verify data.
- Support the data validation, data cleaning, and data analysis, using digital
- Lead the process of digitizing data collection tools (on phones and/or tablets)
- Lead mobile device management, including trouble shooting and assisting staff members located in remote locations
- Training and capacity support for partner staff members on digital data collection methods, tools, and processes
- Co-facilitate training-of-trainer sessions (ToTs) and refresher trainings to reinforce the required skills for Trickle Up and partner staff members.
- Follow-up on technical issues regarding the digital data collection process; provide basic technical support on the use of mobile-based data collection
- Generate data reports from the database at regular intervals, as required by program implementation staff
- Assist in the design and implementation of program- and regional-level data dashboards
- Support the integration of M&E findings into project management and design
Education, Experience, and Skills (required):
- Four to six years of work experience related to digital data collection and analysis
- Relevant degree in computer science, information technology, statistics, economics, or a related field
- Experience with mobile data collection (e.g., ODK, CommCare, SurveyCTO)
- Experience with mobile device management (with phones and/or tablets)
- Experience with field-based data collection, preferably in rural and low-resource settings
- Experience in delivering trainings related to digital data collection
- Computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and ability to use computer programs to collect, document and share assessment and monitoring results
- Ability to work in English and Hindi
- Good interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skill (both verbal and written)
- Experience working on multi-disciplinary teams
Education, Experience, and Skills (preferred, not required):
- Experience using Salesforce CRM and data visualization
- Experience using SharePoint
- Ability to work in Oriya would also be valuable

Travel Requirements
Must be able to travel domestically at least 50% of the time to remote areas, at short notice.
Salary and Benefits:
